Delivery Zones & Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the branch fulfilling your order and your destination county:
- Same county as fulfilling branch: FREE delivery
- Neighbouring counties (e.g. Migori, Homa Bay, Kericho from Kisii branch): KSh 2,500
- All other counties nationwide: KSh 5,000
Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery to nearby counties takes 1–3 business days; further destinations may take 3–5 business days depending on road access.
Pickup Option
Customers may choose to collect their order directly from any branch at no charge. Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours.
Delivery Day Requirements
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery. Our team will assist with offloading at ground level; transport to upper floors or difficult terrain may incur additional charges, agreed in advance.
Damaged Goods on Arrival
Please inspect your delivery before signing for it. Any damage must be reported to our driver immediately and confirmed in writing within 24 hours — see our Returns Policy.
